The City is seeking expressions of interest from suitable tenants for the Karratha Leisureplex Café, situated at the Karratha Leisureplex, Lot 5021, Dampier Highway 6714.
The commercial market rental value of the disposition was assessed at $59,010 p.a. ex. GST for the 194.2m2 total space on 29th August 2024. Whilst the commercial value is acknowledged, the City will consider alternate lease fee arrangements.
