Youth Advisory Group
Young people are an important voice of the community. The City’s Youth Advisory Group offers local young people the opportunity to have a say about youth wellbeing, services and events in the City of Karratha.Â
Established in 2019, the Youth Advisory Group is a platform to make sure local young people’s skills, perspectives and ideas are considered in Council’s decisions.Â
Members can be aged between 11 and 18 years, with representatives from each of the towns within the City. City Councillors and staff are also part of the group.Â
