To apply for a local government series number plate, contact City of Karratha Administration to confirm if your requested number(s) is available.
You can then complete the Department of Transport, City of Karratha Local Authority Plate Series application form below and return to City of Karratha Administration.

Contact Customer Service to confirm if the number you would like is available
Complete and return the PDF application form via email to Customer Service or in person
Make payment of the $300.00 fee
Your application will then be submitted to the Department of Transport for processing
The Department of Transport will contact you in writing to confirm your requested registration plate number or advise otherwise (allow approximately 6 weeks)
Once your new number plates are ready, you will be able to collect them from the Department of Transport office, at The Quarter in Karratha
