PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY
The City of Karratha proposes to lease part of Lot 1455, Searipple Road, Bulgarra to Karratha Sporting & Recreation Club for a term of 20 years (10+5+5) for $6,548.40 + GST + outgoings per annum.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $21,828 + GST + outgoings per annum on 15 November 2024 for the 1,819m2 space.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
Submissions should be made to the City’s Leasing Officer leasing@karratha.wa.gov.au or City of Karratha, PO Box 219, Karratha WA 6714 no later than 2pm on 3 March 2025.
