Notice is hereby given that the Council, at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 9 December 2024, resolved to initiate the above-mentioned amendment to the City of Karratha Local Planning Scheme No. 8.
This amendment proposes to rezone Lot 1 Dampier Road, Gap Ridge from 'Rural' to 'Industrial Development'
Details of the scheme amendment can be viewed on the City of Karratha website or at the City of Karratha Administration Office located at Welcome Road, Karratha.
Submissions on the proposed amendment may be lodged in writing to the City of Karratha, PO Box 219, Karratha WA 6714 or via email to submissions@karratha.wa.gov.au.
Submissions should include the amendment number (AMD64) and details of the submission and be lodged with the undersigned on or before 14 April 2025.
