Cultural Heritage and bird watching event

Are you interested in learning about the Cultural Heritage of Murujuga National Park and our migratory shorebird life? Join us at this FREE community event, as shoreline birds make their migration, some from as far as Siberia.
No prior cultural or bird watching experience is necessary. 


Breakfast & light refreshments provided.
 
What to bring? 
- Enclosed, comfortable footwear 
- Sun safe clothing, hat & sunglasses 
- Refillable water bottle
Optional:
- Binoculars & camera equipment
 
What to expect
- 5.30 am: meet at Hearsons Cove 
- 5.45 am: registration and safety briefing 
- 6.00 am to 6.15 am: Broome Bird Observatory local bird life information session 
- 6.15 am to 9.30 am: participate in 3 guided cultural and bird watching rotating tours.
