We provide flexible payment arrangements for those unable to pay rates via standard instalments. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

An application fee of $50 applies for all payment arrangements.
All ad-hoc payment arrangements are approved at the discretion of the City. Proposals that do not pay the balance within a sufficient timeframe may be rejected.
