Payment arrangements are only valid for the current financial year. Where an outstanding balance remains at the end of the financial year, the City will review the arrangement and may allow for the arrangement to continue until all outstanding amounts have been paid. The review may recommend an increase or decrease to the regular repayments. Any alteration to an existing payment arrangement must be approved by the City.

All ad-hoc payment arrangements are approved at the discretion of the City. Proposals that do not pay the balance within a sufficient timeframe may be rejected.
