A Homemaker Centre featuring a 7,600 square meter Bunnings Warehouse has been approved by the Regional Development Assessment Panel.
The development application submitted by Good Country Holdings’ for lots 8-10 on Madigan Road in Gap Ridge, was unanimously approved July 29.
It is proposed to include nine large format retail tenants and the only Bunnings Warehouse in the Pilbara.
A city spokesperson said the development represented a significant investment in the region.
“We know development of this site has been long awaited by the community and are excited for economic benefit this will bring to our region,” they said.
