The City is seeking Expressions of Interest for an Artist (or Artist team) to develop and deliver a large scale public artwork commission on the Karratha Water Tanks to activate the public space. The application and methodology in which the tanks are transformed is open to a variety of proposals.

The Deadline for Expressions of Interest to be submitted is 2pm (AWST) Wednesday 18 July 2018.
