Join The Youth Shed for a self defense program on Tuesday 19 November, designed for ages 10 and up! This transformative session empowers young women by building confidence, self-respect, and resilience. Beyond physical skills, self-defense training strengthens mental focus, emotional well-being, and inner strength.
Studies show that young women with self defense training experience increased self-confidence, better stress management, and are more likely to set boundaries effectively. These essential skills can help them navigate challenges with courage and grace.
