The City of Karratha proposes to sell:
- 7 Dawn Lane, Bulgarra (Lot 14 – 508 sqm) to Axal Lawrence Hunter for the purchase price of $152,250.00. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $152,250.00 on 7 November 2025;
- 9 Dawn Lane, Bulgarra (Lot 13 – 458 sqm) to Dongara Road House Pty Ltd ATF Dongara Road House Trust (ACN: 658 453 8689) for the purchase price of $137,550.00. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $137,550.00 on 7 November 2025
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
