The City of Karratha proposes to lease 10 Hedland Place, Karratha to Gumala Aboriginal Corporation for a term of two(2) years (1+1) for $42,0000 per annum (ex GST) plus outgoings.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $60,000 per annum (ex GST) on 10 November 2025.
Members of the public are invited to make a submission in relation to the proposal.
Submissions should be made to the Leasing Officer, City of Karratha, PO Box 219, Karratha WA 6714 by no later than 2pm 31 January 2026.
