The City of Karratha proposes to lease the land at 7 Morse Court, Karratha to Welcome Lotteries House Incorporated for a term of 20 years (10+10) for a peppercorn lease fee of $10 + GST per annum plus outgoings.
The market value of the disposition was assessed on the net lettable area of 3,222sqm at $48,330 per annum + GST and outgoings on 19 November 2024.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
