The City of Karratha proposes to lease part of Lot,3 High Street – Dampier Community Hub (DCA Office) Dampier, to Dampier Community Association for a term of ten years from 06 July 2026 for $7,800 p.a. (excl GST) plus outgoings. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $13,000 per annum (excl GST) plus outgoings on 21 April 2026.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
