Proposal to Dispose of Property

The City of Karratha proposes to sell:

  1. 5 Dawn Lane, Bulgarra (Lot 15 – 559sqm) to Housing Authority for the purchase price of $168,000.00. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $168,000.00 on 16 February 2026;
  2. 29 Hancock Way, Bulgarra (Lot 20 – 471sqm) to Housing Authority for the purchase price of $141,750.00. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $141,750.00 on 16 February 2026.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.

Submissions should be made to the Commercial & Residential Property Coordinator, City of Karratha, PO Box 219, Karratha WA 6714 or via email fiona.wilkinson@karratha.wa.gov.au by 12 noon on Friday, 22 May 2026.
