Notice is hereby given that Council, at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 28 October 2024, resolved to initiate the abovementioned local planning scheme amendment to the City of Karratha Local Planning Scheme No. 8.
This amendment proposes to modify the residential density coding for Lot 23 (No. 8) Mirfin Way and Lot 24 (No. 9) Galbraith Road, Pegs Creek from R20 to R40.
Details of the application are also available for inspection during office hours, at the City of Karratha’s Administration Office located on Welcome Road, Karratha.
