New City website launched

The City of Karratha has unveiled its upgraded website. 

With a focus on improving user experience, the upgraded site will feature a revised menu structure, better quality search functionality, streamlined design and a consolidated area for online services/payments.  

Facility based websites, such as the Karratha Leisureplex and Red Earth Arts Precinct, will be integrated into the new site improving how customers access information across City services. 

The website was designed to make it easier for people to navigate the site and find the information they need with user usage patterns and feedback informing the revised layout. 

Community feedback will continue to inform improvement efforts moving forward.
