Employee Gift Register

The employee code of conduct requires that the City record all gifts, benefits and travel contributions (or multiple gifts from the same donor collectively) valued between $50 to $300 offered to employees. Gifts valued over $300 are prohibited and cannot be accepted. All disclosures must be made within 10 days of receiving a gift. 

While the law does not require this register to be publicly disclosed, many local governments do so in the interest of transparency. This register is published on the City’s website.
