The Principal is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable community service providers to lease and operate community office spaces within the Wickham Community Hub site. The Principal seeks to confirm the need for the office spaces prior to a commitment for construction.

The Deadline for Expressions of Interest to be submitted is 2.00pm (AWST) Wednesday 2 August 2017.
Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail, hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation. All or any Expressions of Interest are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
