The City of Karratha is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and competent developers and builders to partner with the City to attempt to address the current and likely future shortfall in housing stock within the district on any or all of the following basis:
a) Build on City land;
b) Develop on others land;
c) Partnering;
d) Co-finance;
e) Guarantee.

The Deadline for Proposals to be submitted is 2pm (AWST) Wednesday, 5 February 2020.
