Are you passionate about delivering high-quality customer service in a vibrant community setting? The Karratha Leisureplex is seeking a dedicated Leisure Duty Manager – Customer Service to join our team on a part time basis for a fixed term contract until May 2025.
About the Role:
The Leisure Duty Manager – Customer Service is a vital position at the Karratha Leisureplex, responsible for overseeing all customer service operations and acting as the first point of contact for patrons. This role ensures that a high standard of service is provided across all operating hours, including evenings and weekends. Reporting to the Business Supervisor - KLP, the Duty Manager also plays a key role in staff development, customer interaction, and promoting the facilities offered by the Leisureplex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional frontline customer service to patrons in person, over the phone, and via email. Actively promote KLP services and City facilities.
- Oversee, train, and engage customer service staff.
- Manage cash handling and report updates to the Business Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications in Recreation or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills
