The City of Karratha is offering an opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual seeking a rewarding role within its Waste Services Department. This position is based at the City of Karratha 7 Mile Waste Facility in Karratha, and offers an attractive salary and a range of other benefits including, but not limited to:

The Waste Operations Supervisor is responsible for the performance and coordination of a range of activities for the responsible and efficient operation of landfill disposal and Transfer Station activities. The position will oversee and work closely with relevant staff in the day-to-day operations of the department.
The successful candidate must have:
- Demonstrated computer and software literacy and basic administrative skills
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or relevant training
- Current HR class driver’s licence
- National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
