The City of Karratha is offering an opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Team Leader to join our Sanitation team. This position is based in Karratha, offering an attractive salary and a range of other benefits including, but not limited to:

The Sanitation Team Leader is responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day delivery of in-house and contract cleaning services across Council buildings and facilities to meet the required standards and levels of service.
The successful candidate will possess:
· Demonstrated experience as a commercial or industrial cleaner
· Demonstrated experience in leading teams, preferably in a commercial cleaning environment and supervising staff from various cultural backgrounds
· Current C class driver’s licence
· National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
· A current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
