Reporting directly to the Director Development Services, the Manager Regulatory Services will lead the strategic management of building, environmental health and ranger services throughout the City of Karratha. In this position, you will provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of regulatory services for the City, in accordance with relevant legislation, and aligned to the City of Karratha Strategic Community Plan.
As a leader within the Development Services team, you will be an experienced people leader who can inspire and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional services. Your exceptional relationship skills will allow you to work across all groups and further enhance the City of Karratha’s regulatory services functions.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in a senior local government role with experience in leading a multi disciplined professional team. You will ideally have Tertiary qualifications in a related field as well as demonstrated experience in regulatory services including legislative assessment, implementation and enforcement.
