The City of Karratha is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to assist our Karratha Leisureplex team on a part time basis until September 2023. The role offers an attractive salary and a range of other benefits including, but not limited to:

The Customer Service Officer - Karratha Leisureplex is responsible for acting as the Karratha Leisureplex’s first point of contact, responding appropriately by providing information and direction to the general public, receiving all cash, preparation and processing all receipts and ensure security of Council’s monies and assist the Recreation Facilities team in promoting, coordinating and conducting recreation programs.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated study towards recognised formal qualifications in the recreation/leisure field (desirable)
- A current First Aid qualification
- The ability to work evening and weekend rosters
