Casual rate of $43.1873 per hour – Including loading

The City of Karratha is looking for expressions of interest from an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Karratha Leisureplex on a casual basis.  

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for acting as the first point of contact, providing information and direction to the public, receiving cash, preparation and processing receipts, ensure security of Council’s monies and assisting in promoting, coordinating and conducting recreation programs.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Studying towards recognised formal qualifications in the recreation/leisure field is desirable
• Current Provide First Aid qualification 
• A current C class driver’s licence
• A National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)
• Ability to work evening and weekend rosters
