Strength and conditioning room

This is our newest space opened for members and casual users to create their own adventures! A mix of cardio and conditioning equipment means you can mix up a heap of options every time you enter it.

Stuck for inspiration? Try the 'Workout of the Week' on the chalkboard designed by one of our Personal Trainers. Make sure you record your score and see how you're tracking each week. 

The SCR is open whenever the centre is open. Occasionally it will be booked out for a group class however these will be publicised ahead of time.

Turbo fitness

Turbo fitness offers free weekly term workouts for students in years 7 - 12 in the strength and conditioning room and the group fitness room. 

Lifestyle fitness

Lifestyle fitness is a low impact training session. Two sessions per week run on Tuesday and Thursday at 10am.
