Are you passionate about enriching the arts and culture landscape? We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team to plan, develop, and deliver impactful arts and culture programs and events. As the Arts and Culture Development Officer, you'll collaborate with local, state, and national arts organisations, supporting initiatives that engage and inspire our community. 

The role is based in Karratha offering an attractive salary and a range of other benefits including:

  • Six weeks annual leave
  • Allowances
  • 13% Superannuation
  • Monthly ATO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs aligned with the City's Public Arts and Culture Strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with arts organisations and community groups.
  • Manage public art assets and oversee event logistics, marketing, and reporting.

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience in overseeing and promoting arts & culture development initiatives and events.
  • Experience in providing support for creative arts & cultural community activities and programs
  • C class drivers licence, police clearance, working with children check and first aid certificate
