Ready to find your voice?
Join Zero Emcee and Razzy Mak, two dynamic Perth-based Indigenous hip-hop artists, for a high-energy, hands-on workshop focused on lyric writing, performance and creative expression. Whether you're a complete beginner or already writing lyrics in your notes app, this session is designed to build confidence and sharpen your skills.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of rap writing, including flow, rhyme, storytelling and wordplay. The workshop will also cover beat selection, rhythm control, stage presence and microphone technique, with opportunities to collaborate and perform in a supportive environment.
More than just music, this workshop is about creativity, connection and self-expression. With real-world industry experience and a passion for mentoring young people, Zero Emcee and Razzy Mak will inspire participants to step up and share their voice.
