The City of Karratha has received an application to amend the Karratha, Madigan Road (Madigan Estate Local Development Plan.
The purpose of the Local Development Plan is to guide the design of future residential development within the Madigan Estate located in Baynton.
The proposed amendments to the Local Development Plan seek to create a more succinct guideline for residential development within the Madigan Estate and to remove duplicated Residential Design Code requirements.
