Head to the grassed area at The Quarter, Karratha, on Friday 1 November from 5pm to 8pm for a spooktacular evening full of free family fun and Halloween activities!  Make sure you dress to impress in your most ghoulish or glamorous costume to be in the running for a best dressed prize!
